Welcome to China Sourcing Platform ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Definitions
"Buyer"
Any individual or entity that purchases products through our platform.
"Supplier"
Manufacturers and suppliers in China providing products through our platform.
"DDP" (Delivered Duty Paid)
Shipping term where we handle all customs clearance, duties, and taxes to deliver products to your door.
"Platform"
Our website, admin panel, and all related services.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through our platform are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment Terms:
- 50% deposit required to start production
- 50% balance before shipping (or as agreed in contract)
- Prices are quoted in USD, CNY, or local currency as specified
- Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Credit Card
Invoicing:
- Proforma invoice sent before order confirmation
- Commercial invoice provided with each shipment
- Customs invoice for international shipping
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Methods
- Air Freight (7-15 days)
- Sea Freight (25-40 days)
- Express Delivery (3-7 days)
- Batch Consolidation (35-45 days)
DDP Service
- Customs clearance included
- All duties and taxes covered
- Door-to-door delivery
- No hidden fees
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Product Quality and Returns
Quality Assurance:
- Pre-production samples provided for approval
- In-line quality control during production
- Final inspection before shipment
- Third-party inspection available upon request
Returns and Refunds:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective products
- Custom products are non-refundable
- Buyer pays return shipping unless product is defective
- Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned items
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of China Sourcing Platform or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, China Sourcing Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Guangzhou, China.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
