Introduction

These terms govern your use of ChinaProcure's website and services. Please read them carefully. By placing an order or enquiry with us, you agree to these terms.

Services

ChinaProcure provides China sourcing, quality inspection, warehousing, and international logistics services. The specific scope of each engagement is confirmed in writing before any order is placed.

Orders & Payments

All orders require a confirmed purchase order and full payment (or agreed deposit) before we place an order with a Chinese supplier. Proforma invoices detail all costs upfront. We accept bank transfer, and other payment methods by prior arrangement.

Prices are quoted based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Quotes are valid for 7 days. If supplier prices or exchange rates change significantly before payment is received, we'll notify you and provide an updated quote.

Quality & Inspection

Our quality inspection service involves a visual check of goods against the specification agreed at the time of order. We make reasonable efforts to identify defects, quantity discrepancies, and packaging issues. We cannot guarantee that every unit is defect-free, but we commit to flagging issues before shipment where they can be identified.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates based on standard carrier performance. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate proactively about any delays that come to our attention.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of international sourcing, all sales are generally final once goods have been produced and shipped. If goods arrive materially different from the confirmed specification, we will work with you to resolve the issue — including negotiating with the supplier for replacement or partial refund where appropriate. Liability

ChinaProcure acts as a sourcing and logistics agent. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific order in question. We are not liable for losses arising from business decisions made based on our sourcing recommendations, or for damage, loss, or delay caused by third-party carriers or suppliers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be referred to mediation in the first instance before any legal proceedings are initiated.
